Inks Lake in Kingsland, TX is an excellent family fishing vacation spot in the Dallas Metroplex. One of the greatest features about Inks Lake is that you can buy live bait at one of the many local bait stores. This is another reason why Inks Lake is a great place to visit while you’re in Dallas. You can find all kinds of different types of live bait at the different stores, such as mackerel, catfish, shad, and even pike. You will have to be careful of these live bait in the lake because they can be a bit more expensive than your regular ones, but you don’t have to worry about that because they are stored in salt water tanks and you shouldn’t have any issues with them. You can also find all kinds of different kind of live worms, insects, and crustaceans at one of the local bait stores as well, which makes Inks Lake an excellent place to purchase all kinds of different kinds of live bait as well.
